Who Are We?
ada.gelsenkirchen is one of 43 official advisory centres for anti-discrimination work in NRWWe offer independent, free and individual advice on all forms of discrimination. Our focus in the advice is racism.
We are at your side with confidence if you face discrimination in public offices, educational institutions, at work, when looking for accommodation, in clubs, cafés, restaurants or on public transport.
What can we do for you?
- We take you seriously, listen to you and treat your concerns confidentially.
- We advise and support you according to your goals and wishes.
- We use the expertise of our networks to address your concerns.
- We will discuss together ways in which you can defend yourself against discrimination.
- We contact those who discriminate, write letters or arrange meetings.
- We accompany you on your journey!
