The independent anti-discrimination counseling service takes place in Hamburg at the Hamburg Anti-Discrimination Office and is aimed at people who experience discrimination based on their (attributed) origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity, age or disability and who wish to report this or receive advice on it.
In addition to discussions, the advice also includes support with clarification talks, written complaints, public relations work, legal steps or other action strategies.
The consultation takes place at Lübecker Straße 128, 22087 Hamburg: The consultation is free of charge and, in addition to the consultation languages German, Turkish, English, Spanish and Arabic, interpreters can be called in if required.

Please schedule a consultation. You can reach us directly by phone every day between 12 and 14 p.m. Feel free to leave a message on our answering machine, and we'll call you back, or send us an email.
Target groups
People who experience discrimination based on their (perceived) origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity, age, or disability and would like to report it or receive advice on how to do so. If you have been discriminated against based on another characteristic, such as body shape or being a single parent, please contact us anyway.
