Anti-Discrimination Forum Saar
Our consultants at the Anti-Discrimination Advisory and Clearing Center will accept your concerns and clarify the respective facts with you.
In a clearing procedure, our consultants assess whether there is discrimination under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) (legal understanding of discrimination).
We also take into account discrimination based on characteristics and in areas that are not (yet) regulated by law. If discrimination occurs, we advise you on how to defend yourself against it and help you to enforce your right to non-discrimination.
Depending on whether discrimination exists in the legal sense or in a broader sense, the options for action differ.
We offer:
- initial and referral consultation
- advice on possible interventions
- Various interventions, such as:
– Writing a letter of complaint in consultation with those seeking advice
– Contact and mediation with the other party
– Extrajudicial support
– Legal advice within the framework of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG)
– Documentation of discrimination
– Testings and interviews
– Public relations
How does a consultation work?
