Fundamental to our work is the perspective of those affected, whose interests we advocate for. The discussions take place in a protected atmosphere and are treated confidentially and anonymously. No personal data is evaluated based on the case recording. We work independently and without influence from authorities such as the police and courts.

We provide free, multilingual and psychosocial advice. This means that we support those affected in organizing a situation that they perceive as complex, identifying their own resources and developing options for action. If there are difficulties in communication, we organize interpreters. Our rooms are accessible for wheelchair users.
