The advice centre is an independent advisory service aimed at people who have experienced discrimination, as well as anyone who wants to work towards a society with less discrimination.
The service center is a cooperation between the DRK Münster and Caritas Münster. It is funded by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
We support all people who come to us individually and at the same time want to make discriminatory structures visible and counteract them.
- Support and advice for people with experiences of discrimination with a focus on:
- Racism in the work context (access to the labor market/application process/job) (DRK)
- Racism in the Context of School-to-Work Transition (Caritas)
- Consulting and training offers for companies, organizations, educational institutions, etc.
- Initiation of empowerment offers and connection to affected networks
- Public Relations: Awareness and Prevention
- NRW-wide networking with service centers with other focuses on referral advice
- Anti-racist networking in social space
- Working Group Intersectionality and Racism Criticism Coerde
