Since 2009, Planerladen gGmbH has been advising and supporting people affected by racism who have experienced discrimination on the housing market. This can be the case, for example, when applying for a flat or in conflicts with neighbours.
Other focal points include educational work with different target groups and participation in various thematically relevant networks.

Consultation appointments can be arranged Monday to Friday between 09:30 a.m. and 17:00 p.m.
Provider of the advice center
Planerladen gGmbH has been active in Dortmund's Nordstadt district in a variety of fields since 1982. In addition to child and youth work, language support, and migration counseling, one of its main focuses is anti-discrimination work, including qualified individual counseling for people affected by racist discrimination in the housing market.
