The advice center is on the first floor and can only be reached via stairs. If you are unable to visit the advice center due to a disability, please contact us by phone. We will find a way to support you and make the advice possible! The language of advice is German. Advice is also available in English and French. An interpreter will be called in for other languages. Advice is free of charge.
