AGG Plus – Advanced workshop for AD consultants

This online workshop of the Anti-Discrimination Counseling Unit serves to deepen

of practical knowledge of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) for the

Advisory work. The aim of the workshop is to develop the skills of legal application

and to resolve questions and ambiguities regarding the application together.

For this purpose, case studies are discussed together and legally examined. Contents of the

Workshops will be:

• Practical exercises based on case studies

• Deadline calculation

• Circumstantial evidence

• Limits of legal protection against discrimination

 

The workshop will be led by Charlotte Heyer, a lawyer,

Anti-discrimination advisor and project coordinator at

Anti-Discrimination Network Berlin.

• Work in a civil society and independent advice center with the
