Basic Training on the New Digital File

Date: 19.02.2025 at 13: 00 - 14:15 Cost: join for

structure and objectives

In this interactive training, we will introduce you to the basic functions of the new digital file. The aim of the training is for participants to not only understand the basic functions of the new digital file, but also to gain practical experience that will enable them to immediately put what they have learned into practice.

The subject is the discussion of
  • How do I create contacts?
  • How do I create cases?
  • How do I keep track of my cases?
  • How does co-counseling work?
  • How do I (co-)manage case documents?
  • How can I evaluate?
Our Process

In a 75-minute training session introducing the basic functions of the new digital file, we begin with a detailed presentation of the software, including the creation of contacts and cases, as well as an introduction to the evaluation options.

We then deepen what we have learned in an interactive hands-on session in which participants can gain practical experience with functions such as the overview of cases, co-consultation and the management of case documents. A question and answer session offers space for individual concerns and deepens the understanding of the software.

Finally, we summarize the key learnings. This structured and interactive approach ensures that participants acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
