In her book "The End of Invisibility," political educator and author Hami Nguyen sheds light on a form of discrimination that has so far received little discussion in Germany: anti-Asian racism. Using her own story and well-founded social analysis, she tells of the racism experienced by people who are perceived as "Asian." Among other things, it deals with the myth of the "model minority," the connection with classism, and the historical continuity of racist violence against Vietnamese people in Germany.
