Digital workshop “Boundaries and resilience in AD consulting”

In this workshop, we want to jointly develop strategies to deal with stress in the field of anti-discrimination counseling in the most resilient and self-protective way possible, and thus to be able to act more professionally.

The workshop will provide introductory theoretical background knowledge, but will focus particularly on practical reflection and skills development. Among other things, the following questions will be addressed:

What does work-related stress have to do with positioning?

How can we implement self-care at work?
