Invitation to the presentation of the manual “Preserving Evidence in Anti-Discrimination Counseling”

Dear colleagues,

We cordially invite you to Presentation of our new manual: “Securing and obtaining evidence in anti-discrimination counseling.” The manual highlights the principles of evidence law, the facilitation of the burden of proof under Section 22 of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), and practical strategies for securing and obtaining evidence.

On Tuesday, October 08, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 13 p.m. An information event will take place in which the content of the manual will be summarized again and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and exchange ideas.

The workshop will be led by Kerstin Kühn, a lawyer and anti-discrimination consultant for many years.
