Peer case consultation (law) – Reimagined: Flexible, urgent & practical

You know how it is: The daily routine of advising is packed, and there's no time for extensive case preparation. That's why we've revised the format of our peer-to-peer legal case consultation. It now takes the form of a legal consultation hour with two parts. Only one of these parts requires a prior (brief) case description and preparation by the advisors. This new format of peer-to-peer legal case consultation offers experienced advisors a great opportunity to present their cases in a timely and practical manner!

The (legal) peer case consultation takes place in two sections:

1. First section: Discussion of specific legal questions/problems

If you have an urgent legal question, just drop in. You'll receive a legal assessment of your question, which you can then immediately apply to your specific case.

2. Second section: In-depth case discussion

In this section, we will discuss individual cases brought to you from the consultation in detail and classify them legally. Important: A detailed description of the cases beforehand is not necessary. Please simply let us know in advance if you will be bringing any cases to this section and what they relate to, as we will only discuss a maximum of three cases per appointment in this section.

Registration: To receive the access link, a short registration is required (so that we can send you the data).

Recognizing and naming discrimination in the workplace

This workshop helps participants better recognize, classify, and sensitively address such dynamics in their daily work. The focus is on a fundamental understanding of discrimination as a structural and power-related phenomenon. Participants learn to differentiate between various forms and levels of discrimination (individual, institutional, and structural) and to assess the importance of intersectional perspectives in the workplace. At the same time, the workshop provides a space for…
