The “Law: AGG-Plus” module builds on the foundations of the previous module and offers an application-oriented in-depth look at the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) as well as an analysis of current case law and developments. One focus is on role clarification and cooperation between anti-discrimination consultants and lawyers in order to ensure effective support for those seeking advice. Participants reflect on the relevance and application of legal protection against discrimination in counseling and expand their skills for strategic planning and implementation of legal interventions. Through practical case studies and exercises, consultants are enabled to use their legal expertise in a targeted manner and to effectively defend the rights of their clients.
