M5 Advanced Letter of Complaint

Date: 30.09.2024 at 9: 00 - 17:00

The complaint letter is a flexible tool that is often used in anti-discrimination counseling. This module builds on the advd module “Extrajudicial Interventions I” and offers an in-depth look at the skills that will help you write effective complaint letters.
During the workshop we will also analyze our own letters of complaint, give each other feedback and work on them. For this we ask you to bring a letter of complaint from your own practice, if possible as a PDF file. Please anonymize or cross out all names in the letter of complaint. If you do not want to bring any letters of complaint from your own practice, you can also use the fictitious consultation case in the appendix to write a letter of complaint that you can bring with you.
