The module “Law: Basics of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG)” is aimed at community-based consultants and offers an in-depth look at the system of European and national legal protection against discrimination. The basic mechanisms and legal instruments for combating discrimination are examined. A particular focus is on the classification of a case within the framework of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and other relevant legal provisions. Participants learn strategies for legal intervention and gain insights into the process of enforcing protection against discrimination. The module offers a practical approach to applying the legal framework to specific cases of discrimination and strengthens the consultants' competence in the area of ​​legal protection against discrimination.
