Module: Counseling process, referral counseling & networking

The German Anti-Discrimination Association (advd) invites you to the project “Community-based counseling” to the module “Consultation process, referral advice, networking” The following topics will be covered:
- Overview of the consulting process
- Methods and exercises for conducting conversations
- Input and practical exercises for clarifying the task
- Conversational skills for effective referral counseling
- Establishment and development of a referral network
Target group:
The module is aimed at independent consultants in civil society counseling centers who work with discrimination cases.
Note:
This module is one of the compulsory modules as part of the Joint Certificate in Community-Based Anti-Racism Counseling (2023–2025)Therefore, consultantsinside the project partnersinside have priority in the selection.
